Join us in celebrating Children’s Day and promoting healthy and active lifestyles at the Festival del Niño on Saturday, June 6. This family-friendly day features music and dance performances, interactive games, and health screenings.

Visit the UI Health wellness booths to learn more about children’s dental hygiene, a healthy body mass index, and ask questions about health insurance, billing, and financial assistance.

Parents can benefit from screenings and education related to stroke, high blood pressure, lung cancer, breast cancer, and hypertension.

Our College of Applied Health Sciences will also have a table for high school students interested in pursuing careers in health sciences, and UIC mascot, Sparky, will be there to take photos with everyone!
