Xilin Association Senior Health Fair

Join Xilin Association for a free Senior Health Fair dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of older adults and connecting with health and social service resources.
Attendees will have access to free bone density screenings, dental information and services, health insurance resources, legal services, medical clinic and hospital information, community resources, free raffles, and much more. Vaccines available may include COVID-19, RSV, Tdap, hepatitis B, shingles, and pneumonia vaccines.
Stop by the UI Health booth for blood pressure screenings, stroke education, and medication counseling.
